2)   Unable to decide – People with the talent theme of Includer also love to expand the teams they’re in as they believe that it could benefit everyone when they’re able to learn from each other. However, when they are made aware that a specific individual can cause conflict within a group, they find themselves at tension with their innate calling to invite this person to the social setting. With a tug on both sides of the argument, they end up being unable to make a decision and will sit on the fence. 

3)  Too generous – Those who have the Includer talent theme are fond of drawing individuals into groups so that they can receive the warmth of the group. They may find it difficult to exclude anyone, no matter what the situation. In other cases, they may close one eye to the faults of this person and be too generous with them. This could result in conflicts between group members as they may not be able to tolerate each other.
